Kornfest Parade Entries

Thank you for signing up for the 27th Annual Holmen Kornfest Parade on Saturday August 15th. Thank you also for your registration fee, which will go to numerous charities in the Coulee Region. The Registration Fee is non-refundable. We plan to proceed with the parade rain or shine. Please make preparations for inclement weather. If the weather is severe the Parade Committee will determine if the parade needs to be cancelled or delayed. If the weather is a threat to your person, costume, uniform or decorations we accept your right to decline to participate.

We start forming the lineup at the Holmen Aquatic Center at 9:30am. Please come up Main St.(from the south to the north), proceed to Wall St., then go east on Wall St. to the Aquatic Center (Holmen Swimming Pool) parking lot to register. It is easier to cross 2nd Avenue at Wall St., because there is a 4-way stop sign. We will give you your official number and a map to guide you to your position in the lineup. If you have any questions the morning of the parade please call my cell phone at (608) 769-1705. You can reach me up to the start of the parade if it is extremely important.

We will see you on the 15th. Remember the parade starts at 11:00am so please set up at least one hour ahead of time. Please keep the area where you set up clean and do not block a residential driveway in the staging area. For floats that have more than one person, it is important to have someone from your group check in and register at the Aquatic Center because there could be a slight change in your number and this helps us check you off our registration list.
